2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing brutallyhired.in or purchasing any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The Service

BrutallyHired provides AI-generated résumé audits and rewrites in exchange for a one-time payment. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview callbacks, or any specific result. The audit is an analytical output — what you do with it is your responsibility.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our service. By using BrutallyHired, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at info@brutallyhired.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. BrutallyHired does not store your card, UPI, or banking details at any point.

7. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All audit reports, rewritten résumé content, and outputs generated by BrutallyHired are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or publish the report or rewritten content for commercial purposes
• Resell or sublicense the output to any third party
• Represent the AI-generated content as professionally authored human work in a commercial context

Your original résumé content remains your own. BrutallyHired claims no ownership over your source material.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload résumés or content belonging to another person without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the audit results. AI systems can make mistakes — use the output as a guide, not gospel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrutallyHired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or career-related outcomes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
